RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged items

Items without original packaging
-
Personalized or custom-made products
-
Final sale items (clearly marked)
3. Return Process

Contact our customer service at minjun1991@outlook.com to initiate a return.

Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship items to our return address (provided with RAN).

Include the RAN inside the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to our error: We cover return shipping costs.

Returns for other reasons: Customer pays return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

Return the original item following our return process.

Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items. Provide:

Photos of the damage/defect
