RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at minjun1991@outlook.com to initiate a return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship items to our return address (provided with RAN).

  4. Include the RAN inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error: We cover return shipping costs.

  • Returns for other reasons: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items. Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage/defect

  • Description of the issue
